Recycled Art Fair
This weekend you’ll find me participating in the 3rd Annual Recycled Art Fair at the Open Space Visitor Center in Albuquerque. I recently got an invite from them to show my assemblage angels alongside other artists whose work is at least 75% from recycled materials. So, I’ve been busily creating more angels! Here’s a sneek peek at a new one:
Albuquerque’s Open Space Visitor Center is set in a gorgeous outdoor area (the Bosque Meadows) located off of Coors Road between Paseo del Norte and Montano Road. Scroll down to the bottom of their Visitor Center page to find directions and a map.
The Recycled Art Fair will be held on Saturday and Sunday, April 16th and 17th, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There will lots of activities, demonstrations, mini-workshops (personally, I’m looking forward to “Styrofoam Plate Printmaking”), plus entertainment, music and food – not to mention all the great art!
I’d really love to see you there!

Love, love, love the new angels! They are awesome. Looking forward to hearing how the show goes.
